Annual production capacity of over 30,000 tons

  • We operate multiple production lines for cold-drawn, cold-rolled, and hot-extruded stainless steel tubes, as well as forged tube fittings, with key equipment utilizing CNC machining centers.
  • We can produce seamless tubes with outer diameters ranging from 6 mm to 630 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 50 mm, meeting specific length and tolerance requirements.
  • We support small-batch customization (minimum order quantity of 1 ton) and annual framework agreements for stock maintenance, significantly reducing standard lead times.
  • We maintain a stock inventory of over 3,000 tons, covering common grades such as 304, 304L, 316L, 321, 310S, and 2205 duplex steel.

  • A German full-spectrum direct-reading spectrometer (OBLF) performs precise chemical composition analysis for each batch.
  • Universal testing machines, impact testing machines, and hardness testers (Brinell/Rockwell/Vickers) ensure that mechanical properties meet specifications.
  • Intergranular corrosion testing, salt spray testing, and metallographic analysis ensure compliance with demanding operating conditions (chemical processing, marine engineering, pressure vessels).
  • A “one product, one code” traceability system has been established to track products throughout the entire process, from ingots to finished goods.
